Graduates of Directors' Institute by PALS, and others who have completed Clifton Strengths' Assessment, are invited to a special, one-time refresher!  Attendees must still be able to access the results of their Clifton Strengths Assessment.

This program provides additional training on how to use your strengths to handle leadership challenges such as conflict resolution. Jolene Pickens is a Gallup Certified Strengths Trainer and highly-rated, interactive presenter.
