PA Forward® Common Submission Form

PA Forward® Common’s allows libraries to look at programs which have been carried out by successfully by other libraries in Pennsylvania and share your successes in literacy programming. A library can submit as many programs as they would like to the Commons. The more you share the higher your profile will be with other libraries in Pennsylvania.
