This popular program is open to directors and top library leaders in all types of libraries for up to 30 participants. Assistant directors, branch managers, academic head librarians, district consultants, or those in key library management positions will benefit most from this program. Learn to use your Gallup strengths for personal and organizational success, be inspired by PA library leaders/coaches, and ask the leadership coaches questions on a wide array of subjects.
Meals are included in the program registration fee with your attendance required. Please be sure to make your entree selections when registering.
Cancellation Policy: Due to group and practicum assignments, cancellation is discouraged and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to admin@palibraries.org by March 23. Registration insurance is available for purchase to protect your investment should you need to cancel.
